25-year veteran of the automotive industry,
Janice’s career includes experience on both the
OEM and Agency side. Janice possesses an outright passion for the automotive industry and a unique blend of skills. She has valuable insight into retail sales and service operations, product and sales training and marketing event design and management. Likewise, she has a keen sense for customer expectations, customer care and how to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
She started her career as the Manager of Marketing Research and Consumer Insights for Jaguar Cars and progressed further holding positions of increasing responsibilities in advertising, public relations and experiential marketing. With a list of measurable achievements to her credit, she left to join a marketing communications agency as a Partner, where she led strategic sales, service and marketing initiatives for their automotive client portfolio.
After she and the other partners successfully sold the business, she has remained an automotive consultant with a valued and respected list of clients.

Janice holds a B.S. in Marketing & Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
When not working, Janice is a USTA Championship-ranked tennis player and enjoys spending time at home w/husband Chris and Merlin, her beloved Westie.
Founded in 1964 by Phil Moller, our team will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.
